Chuck McCrimmon has worked in the masonry restoration industry for 30 years. In 1997, he founded Dakota Evans Restoration, Inc., which is named after the middle names of Chuck’s first two children. That makes the company, and the services it provides for its valued clients, that much more personal to him….
Developing strong and trusted relationships with clients has been an essential part of the business’ mantra; deeply understand each project, follow through on goals, deadlines and budget, and provide exceptional services to clients.

Specialty services provided by Dakota Evans Restoration include: tuck pointing, masonry repair, balcony repair and replacement, concrete repair and specialty coatings (painting) services.

Ongoing professional training also is a company standard, and includes regular safety training, OSHA training courses, and certifications in scaffolding and rigging for each crew member.
Mike Landry has been working in the masonry restoration field for more than 25 years, and joined the Dakota Evans Team in 2012. His work at Dakota Evans involves all types of masonry restoration projects including; tuck pointing, brick replacement, parapet rebuilding, brick façade replacement, lintel and structural steel replacement. In addition, caulking, glazing, waterproofing, parking garage and deck coatings, concrete repairs, stone replacement and restoration, balcony railing and balcony C-Channel replacement and repairs also are areas where Dakota Evans serves its customers.
Mike works with property managers, building owners and building engineers on commercial and industrial buildings, schools and universities and condominiums/homeowners associations. He understands the importance of creating solid relationships with board members and individual unit owners, and it is his goal to ensure that projects are done properly, on time and most importantly-that the customer is extremely satisfied with the final product.
Sam Miceli has been in the painting and coatings field for the last 35 years, and handles all coating sales for Dakota Evans Restoration.
He gained his extensive experiences as an applicator, foreman and project superintendent before transitioning into sales in 2000. Sam has been involved in a wide variety of projects that encompass all different types of painting and specialty coatings.
He has managed up-scale, high profile major façade coating projects.
