Our Team

  • Chuck McCrimmon, President

Chuck McCrimmon has worked in the masonry restoration industry for 30 years. In 1997, he founded Dakota Evans Restoration, Inc., which is named after the middle names of Chuck’s first two children. That makes the company, and the services it provides for its valued clients, that much more personal to him….

Being hands on, highly consultative and ensuring the client is an integral part of each project has created strong loyalty over the years (see some of our client testimonials on the Home Page). Specialty services provided by Dakota Evans Restoration include: tuck pointing, masonry repair, balcony repair and replacement, concrete repair and specialty coatings (painting) services.

“We don’t just send a truck and a crew. Our employees have years of experience and help us to achieve the highest level of service and quality out there; it’s a company standard,” McCrimmon said.

Ongoing professional training also is a company standard, and includes regular safety training, OSHA training courses, and certifications in scaffolding and rigging for each crew member.

In addition to representing the company through direct contact with clients and their projects, Sean McCrimmon also is a regular columnist for Focus, a publication sponsored by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). He writes about safety and other construction-related issues to provide educational resources for multifamily building owners and managers.
